Finding BSSIDs in a WiFi Scan from the Same Physical Router

When looking for WiFi networks, devices frequently find several BSSIDs that seem to be from the same router, but it's difficult to determine which one they are connected to. Manufacturer-specific MAC systems and various frequency bands are some of the causes of this complexity. We talked about ways to categorize BSSIDs, such as using WiFi scanning tools and examining MAC prefixes. Although there isn't a built-in WiFi standard for this, methods like signal strength comparison and machine learning can improve accuracy. Gaining knowledge of these methods enhances network diagnostics, maximizes connectivity, and sheds light on the behavior of WiFi infrastructure.
